Policies

Commonpoint Tennis does not provide refunds or credits for cancellations from programs, camps, or camp-like programs.

Make-ups are not guaranteed.
We will do our best to make up at most one class that was missed. However, you must provide at least 24 hrs in advance via email to qualify.
Any make-up must be completed within the same semester in which the participant is enrolled.
Absence notification is required to be eligible for a make-up.
Make-up requests must be submitted in writing via email to tennis@commonpoint.org.

Court Rentals require payment at the time of booking. No exceptions.
All individuals booking courts or programs must have at least one valid credit card on file with Commonpoint Tennis & Athletic Center.
Specific courts location can be switched at the discretion of the club. You will not be notified of the court number you are on until you check in at the club.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance via email to tennis@commonpoint.org to receive a store credit.
No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit payment.
Court rentals may be booked up to one week in advance.
Maximum players per court:
- Tennis: 4 players
- Pickleball: 6 players
Any one who wants to book courts must keep at least one card on file.
Pickleball Hybrid Court Rentals must set up the nets and return them back out off the court at the end of your session.

No outside professionals are permitted. You will be asked to leave the premises immediately if you violate this rule.
No ball carts, bags, hoppers, or ball machines are allowed.
Maximum of six (6) balls on court at any time.
Commonpoint Tennis equipment is for exclusive use by Commonpoint Tennis staff.

Check-in is required prior to play.
You must sign the waiver each time you come to play.
Only registered players are permitted on courts.
You may not enter the Courts/Turf before the assigned time.
Use of courts beyond the reserved time will result in additional charges at 30 minute increments.
Commonpoint Tennis reserves the right to cancel court time or program participation at its sole discretion.
All play is at your own risk. Commonpoint Tennis is not responsible for injury, accident, or loss of personal property.
Proper court etiquette is required at all times. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
Children under 12 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times when at the facility.
Please keep courts and benches clean.
Proper tennis shoes only. No black-soled shoes.
No food or beverages (other than water) permitted on courts.
Animals are not permitted, except service animals.
Photography or video recording is prohibited without written permission from Commonpoint Tennis management.
Lockers are for day use only; overnight items may be removed.
Commonpoint Tennis reserves the right to revoke facility privileges for repeated or serious violations.

For the safety and security of all participants, guests, and staff, all individuals within the facility are subject to video surveillance. Use of the facility constitutes consent to such monitoring.
