Dean brings extensive expertise in managing tennis and athletic facilities, with experience spanning both coaching and administrative roles. A former Division I collegiate tennis player, Dean’s passion for coaching began during his college years.
After earning a degree in Chemical Engineering, Dean initially worked for the Department of Environmental Protection before returning to his true calling of coaching tennis. This pivot marked the beginning of a successful career in the industry, progressing from teaching to serving as Director of Tennis and ultimately as Director of Operations at several highly successful tennis clubs in Westchester.

Aki Wolfson has been teaching tennis for over 25 years, working with children as early as 5 years old to Adults and Seniors of all levels. She is a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional, High Performance Certified and USPTA Wheelchair Certified Tennis Professional. She is also an ITF/USTA Wheelchair Tournament Director of 20 years and serv
Aki Wolfson has been teaching tennis for over 25 years, working with children as early as 5 years old to Adults and Seniors of all levels. She is a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional, High Performance Certified and USPTA Wheelchair Certified Tennis Professional. She is also an ITF/USTA Wheelchair Tournament Director of 20 years and served as a National Coach for girls 12’s for the Eastern section for 3 years. She has received prestigious awards including the 2005 USPTA Heroes Award, 2007 Service to People Award, 2008 Al Youakim Award, and 2016 USPTA Community Tennis Award.
Aki has graduated with an MA degree in Arts from NYU and is a proud mother of two children.

Raegan Kritzer is the Program Coordinator/ Manager at Commonpoint Tennis Center. She has been working at Commonpoint Tennis since day one in 2022. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion and is passionate about community connection. She enjoys working with children, families and anything relating
Raegan Kritzer is the Program Coordinator/ Manager at Commonpoint Tennis Center. She has been working at Commonpoint Tennis since day one in 2022. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion and is passionate about community connection. She enjoys working with children, families and anything relating to customer service. Raegan commonly refers to Commonpoint as, "people's happy place" and her main goal is always to ensure that their experience is a highlight of their week. Developing relationships with our customers is her highest priority. Her family has always been big on soccer and tennis. She has two sons and a wonderful cat named Natasha.

Andre Sinclair has served as a Tennis Coach at New York Junior Tennis & Learning since 1997. A native of Jamaica, he first fell in love with tennis when he was 16 years old and later pursued a career as a coach. Sinclair enjoys working with youth as they develop a love for – and expertise at – tennis.
He is a Role Model, Group Leader and
Andre Sinclair has served as a Tennis Coach at New York Junior Tennis & Learning since 1997. A native of Jamaica, he first fell in love with tennis when he was 16 years old and later pursued a career as a coach. Sinclair enjoys working with youth as they develop a love for – and expertise at – tennis.
He is a Role Model, Group Leader and Activity Specialist at the Co-op City Tennis Club, where he previously served as the Acting Site Director and Tennis Coach. Sinclair also serves as the coach of The Ursuline School Varsity Tennis team, which won the New York State Public High School Athletic Association State Championship in 2013.
He has won recognition – twice – as Coach of the Year by the Westchester Journal News in 2012 and 2013.
In his current role, he taught Christian Waldron, who recently won the Mayor’s Cup, and Brandon Torres, the recent winner of NYJTL’s Arthur Ashe Essay Contest and who is now ranked No. 1 in the Eastern 12 and Under category.
He says tennis is more than about perfecting skill on the court.

Alex Bessarabov has been coaching tennis for 19 years, bringing extensive experience and a passion for player development to the court. He holds certifications from the USTA, PTR, Cardio Tennis, and High Performance programs, equipping him with the tools to train athletes of all levels.

Alex Bessarabov has been coaching tennis for 19 years, bringing extensive experience and a passion for player development to the court. He holds certifications from the USTA, PTR, Cardio Tennis, and High Performance programs, equipping him with the tools to train athletes of all levels.
A graduate of Farmingdale State College, Alex excelled both academically and athletically. During his college career, he earned Rookie of the Year honors, was named Playoff MVP, and achieved First Team recognition for three consecutive years, along with a Second Team selection. He capped off his collegiate journey as Team MVP in his final year while helping his team capture three sectional championships

Jinny Welch grew up near Rochester, NY and started playing in tennis when she was 14 years old. She played tennis in high school and also competed in the USTA Junior tournaments which led to her receiving a scholarship to play at Cleveland State University (Division 1 College). Later she transferred to Temple University where she earne
Jinny Welch grew up near Rochester, NY and started playing in tennis when she was 14 years old. She played tennis in high school and also competed in the USTA Junior tournaments which led to her receiving a scholarship to play at Cleveland State University (Division 1 College). Later she transferred to Temple University where she earned her BA Cum Laude in Management Information System. She furthered her career in the Technology field as an IT Project Manager role working for Fortune 500 companies, small companies, and startup firms. Fast forward to today, Jinny is a PTR Certified Tennis Professional, Positive Coaching Alliance Certified, Cardio Tennis Certified, and Safe Play Certified. Jinny teaches juniors of all levels (ROGY Method - red ball, orange ball, green ball, and yellow balls) and adults of all levels. She brings positive and fun energy to the court and tries to find the best way to connect with her students.
Jinny is a mother of 2 and has 2 four legged furbabies. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, traveling and camping, and playing tennis and pickleball with friends.
